I wrote this agenda primarily for short-balanced debugging of floating speck numbers.

It allows the user to sight the within binary representations of integers (signed & unsigned), as healthy as 32-piece floating speck numbers.
The within represenation is shown as a 32-piece hexadecimal math unit.
